Raise a glass to English red

English red is rare, as our climate is better suited to making white wine. but these regional reds can be lovely and fruity, says Rob Buckhaven

1 Fruit bat Three Mills Reserve Red (£3.98, Asda) has chirpy, cherry charisma.
